About Nicole
Seeking positive change and less stress then you are in the right place!
If you are ready to make some positive changes and you want someone to hold your hand, encourage you, cheer you on, hold you accountable, and truly care then you will want to train with me.
My passion for helping others runs deep in my spirit. It brings me joy beyond anything hearing from a former student how different their life feels and how what I have taught them is often more impactful than years of therapy.
Love, happiness, peace, and joy are what I strive for! My hope is to help people bring more of that into their lives as well!

my story
I am a lover of life and learning, Mother of 4 children, a wife, business owner, and the person everyone goes to when they need a helping hand, ears to listen, or a friend to make them smile. Helping others is my gift and greatest joy. With 20 years of working with people as a Massage Therapist, I have a strong understanding of the Mind-Body Connection. I was fascinated with it in college as a Neuroscience major and my curiosity and
desire to learn about it continues . True healing begins with understanding the Mind/Body Connection.
Back in 2012, my 7 year old daughter was diagnosed with cancer. I was blindsided to say the least. I was in total overwhelm and felt so scared and nervous with uncertainty. I had to find my inner strength. This was my truest test to apply all the tools I had learned from my many years of schooling.
Luckily, I applied what I learned right away and it helped me deal with the most difficult days of my life.
Looking back now, I cannot imagine how I would have survived that time period if I didn't have these tools.
I would love the honor of teaching them to YOU!
Now I help my students move away from stress, constant worry, overthinking, ruminating negative thoughts, feeling overwhelmed every day, and anxiety. Focus is placed on reconnecting to inner joy and happiness. So many of us get lost in parenting we forget who we are and what makes us happy!
Through our work together my students become more peaceful and calm, more connected to family and the self, more confident handling difficult people and situations, and consistently create healthy routines to increase feelings of happiness and peace.
If you are looking to live a life with less stress, more happiness, more energy for the people and things you love, greater health, awesome self care routines, and less anxiety please join us for our next class!
You don't want to miss the opportunity to find more peace and joy in every day life!
Stop surviving and start thriving!
