A common misconception about learning to relax is it take
too much time! 

All you need is 3 - 5 minutes and a space to sit where you feel comfortable.

Developing a relaxation practice can take time. But it is NOT difficult.

Let me simplify it for you!

Relaxation training is not about clearing the mind completely, but rather focusing on an intention, allowing your mind to wander, and being able to bring yourself back to focus.
