Class will be co-taught by Nicole Briggs and Tom Klisiewicz from Smarthwp.com. This button will redirect you to Smarthwp.com website to sign up!  This one-of-a-kind mental skill development program is designed for student athletes in grades 5-12 to take their performance to a new level and succeed in future endeavors, throughout their lives. Athletes learn research-backed mental skills training techniques and preparation practices that Olympians, sports icons and today's world championship teams identify as critical to their success.
